Nuclear ship NS Savannah
On Tuesday April 5th I visited the NS Savannah in Baltimore MD. I had contacted the ships email and I was able to schedule a tour. When I got there I kicked my self up and down the pier as I forgot my camera at the hotel! AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!
How did I get a tour you may ask, I went to The ships FAQ page
I was greeted by Erhard W. Koehler the project manager. He had taken time from his schedule to take me around and I wish to extend my appreciation to him once again.
I am going to add some more information to this page shortly, I have acquired a self tour booklet from the ship as well as the American Export lines brochure on the Savannah. I am in the process of scanning them. I wish I had remembered my camera, there were so many interesting things on the ship to see.
There is a virtual tour at http://hnsa.org/savannah/ Which I found very interesting. I had visited the ship at Patriots Point many years ago, I had forgotten many things that I had seen there.

For PDF files I prefer Foxit reader, It is fast, lightweight and allows you to open, view, print, and read any PDF files

.
I created a pdf file of the pamphlet. Click on the picture above to open it.
